My wife and I relocated from New Mexico and Leigh and team were very engaged from the beginning. After spending some time looking at many houses in a changing market we finally found our home. Erica, Harvey and Leigh worked like true champions helping us in our purchasing roller coaster, but in the end we were able to land the home we wanted.

In a hot market, we kept missing out to see houses or put in an offer. When we found the perfect house, the realtor we were using was on vacation. We contacted Leigh, were the first ones in, and within 24 hours had an accepted offer. At close, the Seller and their realtor each said the reason we got it was because of Leigh - he is well known and highly respected by other realtors. Naturally, we used his team to sell our existing home, too, and, in a cooling market, had an over-list offer within a day and closed in less than a month. Leigh and his team are highly professional, care about their clients, provide sound advice, and work tirelessly to get the job done.

My wife and I loved working with Harvey and Leigh to purchase our new house in Vancouver. Not only did Harvey find us a number of beautiful houses to look at, he was attentive to all of our needs and available whenever we had questions. We were new to the area and he took the time to show us around and help us get familiarized with our surroundings.
