With over 15 years of experience in real estate and marketing, Katie blends strategic insight with genuine care to ensure every client interaction, event, and listing is executed to the highest standard. Whether she’s coordinating complex transactions or fine-tuning client engagement strategies, Katie brings structure, clarity, and a warm, grounded presence to every corner of the business.

Working closely with founders Leigh Calvert and Harvey Coker, Katie adds that essential “wow factor” by looking at every team initiative through an objective, detail-focused lens. While Leigh and Harvey bring the British charm, Katie makes sure it’s matched by seamless execution and elevated service. From daily client communications and seasonal client offerings to the team’s beloved Annual British Summer Garden Party, her eye for detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks, and everything runs with thoughtful intent.

Although she is the only non-Brit on the team, Katie is picking up the lingo quickly, quite fitting, considering her last name. Clients and colleagues often joke she may be fluent in British English before long (tea, anyone?).
